Erik James Hansen, MD

Dr. Erik Hansen is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery. He then began his medical training at the Medical College of Georgia where he received his M.D. and graduated top of his class. Dr. Hansen then completed his internship and residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He joined MUSC in 2020 after completing a fellowship in adult reconstruction, preservation, and resurfacing at Washington University in St. Louis.
