Katherine Lee, MD
Dr. Katherine Lee is a board-certified dermatologist who grew up in Minnesota and obtained her undergraduate degree from Chapman University in CA. She completed medical school at the University of Minnesota. She was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. She completed a clinical research fellowship in allergic contact dermatitis between her third and fourth year of medical school.
Dr. Lee then went on to complete her dermatology residency training at Dartmouth Hitchcock and Stony Brook Medicine, where she was elected as chief resident during her final year. Dr. Lee practiced at Stony Brook Dermatology before joining the Dermatology Department at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her clinical interests include general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology as well as a special interest in patch testing and allergic contact dermatitis. She has published over 15 peer-reviewed dermatology publications, lectured at various national conferences, and enjoys teaching residents and medical students.
