He completed his residency in neurology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) /Harvard Medical School Dept. of Neurology in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Owens provides treatment for neurological conditions including headaches, strokes, seizures, multiple sclerosis and other disorders of the brain, spine and peripheral nervous system.
