Previously, she served as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Atrium Health, where she excelled as a charge nurse, triage nurse, and nurse preceptor. Her responsibilities included providing care for trauma patients of varying acuity levels, collaborating closely with physicians to ensure timely and appropriate treatment, and utilizing critical thinking skills to deliver quality and efficient patient care.
Jennifer's career has also included travel nursing experiences with AYA Healthcare, where she further expanded her expertise in emergency care. Her tenure at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center equipped her with valuable insights into rural health care, where she played a crucial role in stabilizing and transferring patients to facilities with appropriate levels of care.
