Stacey Rothwell works with the orthopaedic trauma team in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, treating patients with acute fractures or other urgent/emergent orthopaedic conditions as well as post-operative care and chronic orthopaedic conditions in clinic. She is also the fracture liaison clinician and coordinator for the Orthopaedic Department. She has a special interest in treating patients' bone health to help prevent future fractures by treating their underlying osteopenia/osteoporosis. She focuses on a detailed history and full evaluation, including DEXA scans and lab work, to also look into secondary osteoporosis causes.
