Rebecca Ladd Kilpatrick, PhD

Dr. Rebecca Kilpatrick is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry, Division of Bio-Behavioral Medicine at MUSC. She completed her graduate training at East Carolina University, residency at Kansas University Medical Center, and fellowship at MUSC. Dr. Kilpatrick provides psychological evaluation and treatment services to patients with a wide variety of chronic medical conditions. She conducts pre-surgical psychosocial evaluations and primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy for patients struggling with mood/adjustment to chronic illness, health behavior change, chronic pain, and other aspects of emotional and behavioral health. She is the associate clinical director of the MUSC Pain Rehabilitation Program. She also supervises interns and fellows in Bio-Behavioral Medicine.
