Cristin Adams, DO, MPH

Dr. Cristin Swords Adams is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides care to both children and adults. Her scope of practice includes well and preventative care, acute and sick visit care, and chronic disease management. She also performs minor office procedures including joint injections, dermatological procedures, women's health procedures, and osteopathic manipulative therapy for musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Adams is passionate about partnering with patients, families, and the community to achieve the best possible care for her patients.After graduating from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia, Dr. Adams went on to receive her residency training through the Trident/MUSC family medicine residency program here in Charleston. Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Adams is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer work.
