Carolyn Michelle Batie, FNP-BC, MSN

Carolyn (Carrie) Batie, DNP, FNP-C was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She recently obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University School of Nursing.

Carrie served eight years in the active-duty Air Force; she spent six years serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care role and then two years as an Aeromedical Nurse Practitioner (ANP). As an ANP, she provided medical care for F-16 pilots, C-5 pilots, loadmasters, and Special Warfare military members at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. She continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves as an Aeromedical Nurse Practitioner at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas. While caring for military members who regularly operate in aerospace environments, she has discovered a strong interest in ENT-related medical issues.

Carrie provides nose and sinus care and works closely with our sinus surgeons Rodney Schlosser, M.D. and Zachary Soler, M.D. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her primary focus is providing compassionate and evidence-based patient care.
